PROCEDURE TO FIND THE IDEMIA L1 DEVICE (MSO 1300 E3 RD) INFO (ANDROID)

Pre-requisites

  • Make sure the IDEMIA L1 RD Service App is installed on your Android device.
  • Ensure the app is up to date from the Google Play Store.
  • Keep your L1 device (MSO 1300 E3 RD) ready with a proper USB OTG cable (if required).

STEPS

  • 1. Connect Device
    • Plug in the MSO 1300 E3 RD device to your Android mobile/tablet using an OTG cable (if needed).
    • Allow required permissions if prompted.
  • 2. Open RD Service App
    • Go to the Apps MenuOpen MSO 1300 E3 L1 RD Service App.
  • 3. Click on the I (info) Icon
  • 4. Check Device Details
    • Inside the app, the connected device details will be displayed.
    • Check for the Information such as Device Serial No., Firmware version, & RD Service version
  • 5. Find Serial Number
    • The Device Serial Number will be listed along with device model and Firmware.
    • If details are not visible, disconnect and reconnect the device, then tap Refresh/Retry in the RD Service App.
